Description:: Recent postings about water stops for the Forth Circlular tour made me recall the 2009 runs when a water stop was made at Oakum Bay,Newmills. This drew a crowd of locals, and this sight formed up outside our coach. I called the photo The Railway Children. I hope viewers can see the resemblance.
